We engineered Fixxo not just as a directory, but as a managed marketplace. We "productized" services—turning a complex task like "AC Deep Cleaning" into a standardized SKU with a fixed price, a defined scope of work, and a guaranteed timeline.

01. Dual-Sided Ecosystem
We built two distinct mobile experiences. The User App offers a seamless "Add to Cart" booking flow, while the Partner App acts as a business-in-a-box for professionals, handling job dispatch, earnings, and navigation.
02. The Trust Algorithm
Safety is non-negotiable. We implemented a rigorous digital vetting system (ID verification, background checks) and a "Start/End Job" OTP protocol. The app ensures that the person entering the home is exactly who they say they are.
03. Dynamic Dispatch Engine
Efficiency matters. Our geo-fencing algorithm matches service requests with the nearest available professional based on skill set, rating, and current location, ensuring arrival times are kept under 60 minutes.
04. Transparent Pricing Logic
No more haggling. The system calculates costs upfront based on time and materials. Any additional parts required during a repair can be added to the digital invoice in real-time for customer approval.
