Managing bulk powder requires precision. The WMS intelligently categorizes and tracks inventory based on specific micron sizes, packaging types (e.g., 50kg bags vs. jumbo bags), and production batches. This ensures strict quality control and easy warehouse retrieval.
03. One-Click Order-to-Dispatch Engine
Complex logistics made simple. The system automatically translates sales orders into loading tasks for the warehouse floor. Once loaded, it generates gate passes, commercial invoices, and tax compliance documents with a single click.
04. Predictive Plant Maintenance & Yield Tracking
Built for heavy machinery running around the clock. The ERP logs equipment run-times, calculates raw-to-powder yield efficiency, and automatically flags grinding mills for maintenance before mechanical breakdowns occur.
